Warranty

Yuchai Americas warrants all machines against faulty parts, materials, and workmanship attributable to the manufacturer for a period of 36 months from the first date of sale or the first 3,600 operating hours, whichever occurs first, subject to the conditions and exclusions.

Additionally, the warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts during this period, provided that the machine has been used, maintained, and serviced according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damages resulting from improper operation. Customers are encouraged to report any issues as soon as they are identified to ensure timely service.
